2019 marks the 80th Anniversary of the world's greatest detective and it deserves a feast! What better way to do it than to hold the biggest and the first and only character-centric convention in the Philippines...BatCon 2019!
BatCon is a character centric convention organized by the fans for the fans. Different fandoms from the different communities come together on this special 1-day event to celebrate unity, camaraderie, and inclusivity. While BatCon emphasizes on Batman’s 80th Anniversary celebration, fan art, collectibles, and other merchandise from the different superhero universe will be available from various and diverse exhibitors.
BatCon will feature local talents like Mico Suayan, Toto Madayag, Carlo Pagulayan and a few others which will be announced soon! Let’s also not forget our first ever international guest, Kevin Porter from Batinthesun and the Batcon TEQ63 Exclusive by Quiccs Maiquez! Moreover, you can enjoy various activities like “How to Fight Like Batman by Pekiti Tirsia Kali Pilipinas, Toy Photography by J Tengco, Our Cosplay Showcase, and many more.
Fellow kaBATids are more than welcome to bring their families, friends, and everyone else to the event. It will be held at at Movie Stars Cafe, CENTRIS, Quezon City on October 19, 2019.
